Where can I see the current model price?
Open the Model Plaza when it is available. Your signed-in group and the values shown at request time are more reliable than a copied price from a guide.
Which models and limits apply to me?
Send GET /v1/models with your key and use an exact ID from that response. Model access, quotas, feature availability, and billing can depend on your account group and the values shown by the action screen.
Where do I get an API key?
Sign in, open the API key workspace, and create a key there. The key should be stored as a secret and never shared in a support ticket.
What should I include when contacting support?
Include the time, affected feature, error message, and request ID when available. Remove API keys, passwords, and unnecessary personal data. The service information page does not by itself prove that every system is healthy.
